He has 32 years of experience in the industry. He graduated as an Air Conditioning Technician in Puerto Rico in 1986. He was employed until 1999. He started his first business Anthony Refrigeration Inc in 1994 until 2005. He studied for an electrician in 2001, one of his professors noticed his talent as an educator and began to give seminars about Ice Machines, and from that moment begins to work with the Institute of Banking and Commerce of Puerto Rico. In 2005, he settled in Florida and worked with private companies until 2012. In 2014, he started with the educational project of establishing Cruz Institute, and in November of the same year he opened the doors of his own business. He is currently Director of Cruz Institute where he works daily to improve and expand educational programs that give the opportunity to new students.
With 30 years of experience in the industry. He was coordinator of the technical courses for the Institute of Banking and Commerce in Puerto Rico. In 1971 studied the course of Digital Electronics in the Metropolitan Institute of Science of Technology and in 1978 Air Conditioning in the Institute of Banking.
He has the licenses of Expert Electrician, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, Federal Communication Commission and EPA Certification 608. Since 1977, he has been teaching for the following Institutions:
San Juan City College 1977-1980 as professor of Electronics.
Institute of Universal Education 1980-1983 as professor of Electricity and Refrigeration
Institute of Banking 1983-2015 as professor of Electronics. Electricity and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Cruz Institute January 2016 currently as professor of Air Conditioning, Electronics and Electricity.
Karina handles the admissions and management of Cruz Institute, as well as its marketing. She studied Early Childhood Education in her native Venezuela and taught English as a second language. In 2001, she decided to go to Central Florida to start a new career. She has 13 years of experience in customer service, sales and department management. As a bilingual, she helps with teaching resources at Cruz Institute and at the same time promotes the image of the institute in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and related to organizations and businesses relevant to the field of education.
